  The City Council has adopted a resolution in support of The Immigrant Workers Freedom Ride, a movement protesting current immigration laws. The resolution, sponsored by Councilman Allan W. Fung and passed unanimously last week, states that immigration laws, for a number of reasons, fail to serve the city's interests.
